How long does a building take to
completion?
Most times it takes about 4 months. One month to get the foundation ready and
installed including the excavation. It takes about 2–3 weeks to frame and 6-8 weeks to complete the interior.
Can I work on the project myself ?
Yes. Vince often works with owners or splits off parts of the job according to the requirements of the owner. With Eco-Logs many owners have worked with our crew to insulate, seal, install logs,
or whatever they like to do.
Many people choose to do their own painting or decking or electrical or plumbing. We are very flexible.
Where do you get your materials?
That varies depending on quality and
price. Framing we price out. Windows we often use Anig Aluminum in Scarborough for both
price and quality. Clients have their choices often and always on colour.
